The Process
01. Contact
Inquire with a few details about the stunning event you’re planning — availability will be confirmed for the date and location. Toby will then set up a consultation with you to review your event design, family dynamics, and important logistics. A contract will be prepared to outline everything you’ll receive.
02. Curate
Each phase is carefully curated: from the planning to the way we work with your family. The approach is precise, thoughtful, and attentive in every interaction and with each photograph taken.
03. Experience
With Toby and her team, you’ll fully enjoy the celebration while they witness and capture what matters. You’ll love your album — it’s designed by Toby with your favorite images and then printed and bound in Italy. Albums are included in each package, but must be requested and printed within 12 months of the event.

Where can we see pricing?
Get in touch to receive a pricing guide. From there, you can schedule a consultation with Toby so she can custom-quote exactly what you need. There are packages for the party, Friday night, the weekend, along with videography, albums, and pre-shoots.
What is your turnaround time?
Every image in your final gallery is professionally edited and delivered within 2-4 weeks after the event. Any included albums must be completed within 1 year — simply select your favorites in the online gallery. From there, Toby will narrow down the best images and prepare a custom design for your approval.
